• Initial Consultation: No charge. This includes determining the scope and requirements of a website along with discussing any preferences the client may have regarding the site's color or layout.

• Web Pages: In general, $200/first page, $50/subsequent pages for initial design and layout of the site. Pages with forms, frames or complex components may be more. Site with numerous similar pages may not be charged for every page, but at an hourly rate instead. Keep in mind, every site is unique and fees will vary accordingly.

• Graphics, Image Alterations: $30 per hour. This may include logo design, flash elements, buttons, bars, backgrounds or alterations to existing graphics or photos.

• Maintenance, Updates, Edits: $30 per hour with a minumum half hour charge. Minor changes may be performed for free.

• Scanning: A quote will be given based on the number of images needing to be scanned.

• Search Engine Submittal: $30 for individual submission to the most popular search engines/directories that accept free submissions. This may include sites such as Google, Yahoo and others. Reciprocal linking should be considered.

• Payment Information: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost of the site is due upon agreement for cmhweb.com to create the website. The remaining fee is due upon uploading the final approved site as "live".
